Toto's ( not Toto and his kids) song goes "I hear the drums echoing tonightBut she hears only whispers of some quiet conversation,,," yes, I was in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in 2002. I had no idea I would long to visit this place again so that I can experience the warmth of the people, taste their exotic food and listen to them speak in their native dialect.
